It's another NEW GUITAR ! ! !

That would work. If you don't use the tone why not a 2 volume set up and make the switch a blower switch to send the Bridge pickup direct to jack and bypass all controls? I did that on one of my Warmoth builds and it was awesome!

This is the guitar I was talking about. It had 2 volume knobs and a tone knob connected only to the neck pickup. It had 2 mini switches, one of them was a blower switch to send the bridge pickup direct to jack, I think the other switch was an on/off switch for the neck pickup, but that's a guess, I really don't remember. I do remember that with the bridge directly to the jack along with the neck pickup with the tone rolled all the way down was the thickest baddest tone I've ever had. I need to try and recreate that, it was a killer sound, but I don't remember what pickups were in it. This was one of my first builds about 12 years ago +/-.
