Fair enough. I prefer it to occur at the pickup stage though. Not necessarily.

Awesome. Never made anything move or vibrate going thru my massive 20w Traynor. Have had the house vibrating playing my bass thru my kids 400w bass amp into a cabinet with four 10s. And I have had the seat belts in my car moving with the music. But concrete floor??? I applaud you.Tonight's riff comes with the Glorious sound of 2 amps in stereo. The Marshall TSL and the ENGL coming out of a stereo chorus pedal.... It is impossible to capture the sound and feeling of the concrete jumping under my pickhand!
But I can assure you it was epic!
High-Low-Low-Low-Low-Low-High-Low…Choice tonight, which version do you like better, the Low-Low ....
or the High-Low??
High Low is more like something I would do. So I prefer that.Choice tonight, which version do you like better, the Low-Low ....
or the High-Low??
That’s awesome. The squealing makes it.
Tonight's stuff.
Initially it sounded like Pantera Walk. Then you went all Heavy Steve on it and drew on that inner "I need therapy" thing you have.
Nice heavy vibe, the chord does have an eerie feel to it.My GOT submission had me thinking about this chord I'd never used before last night... So I made a riff out of it and it reminds me of some Black Label Society kind of thing.... Anyhow.
Don’t know what it is about you and Mitch breaking out the Les Paul’s….. but I always seem to feel the need for a shower after listening. And I mean that in a good way.My GOT submission had me thinking about this chord I'd never used before last night... So I made a riff out of it and it reminds me of some Black Label Society kind of thing.... Anyhow.
I used to feel the same about Strats. Different reasoning…. But saw my blue one in Sweetwater and just had to have it. Bought on looks only. Today, I probably play it more that the G400 and Viking combined. And I truly enjoy playing those two as well. You know I used to own a handful of LPs and just could never jive with them.... It's the physical layout.
So I traded and sold them all off, was without one for years and years. FFWD to these days and searching for recording tones I saved up enough to picked this one up at a used guitar store. It was just singing to me. My heart has really bloomed for them!
I still think they feel a bit off for me, but they way they look and sound..... It's something magical, it really is. Drop one down to B and crank up a filthy amp..... Oooooohhhh Lawdy! !!
That’s some trailblazing work.Working out all the parts for a new song.
