I like all gear....but there is a sterility to PRS i just cant bond with(recording)..nice guitars..weird 25.1 thing going on...yeah in the semi hollow search..Korean Dot..used it on last song..was very nice

BFT, I used to have a DOT and a friend had a Dot Deluxe. Fancier top and Gold Hdw. I wound up selling mine and my equally as nice Epi ES 175 for bills. I used to also have a Korean made PRS SE 22 Custom. Before that guitar I had 2 higher end PRS's a Orange Santana 2 like Carlos has on the cover of his Supernatural album, and a Transparent Black/Gray Santana 3. Had I been rich and had more funds than bills to pay, I would have kept them. 2 incredible guitars. I can definitely appreciate Ray's love of all his PRS's.

Should Ask Ray if he wants a Single Cut or wants one in his PRS future.
And Oh yeah, Lester did align with Epiphone as the years went on, didn't he?

Love the story of late in Les' life, he called EVH in the middle of the night to tell him "Me, you and Leo Fender are the only people that know how to build a guitar"

I had heard that on my Youtube dives in an EVH interview.
