OMG ZZZZZZ your dad sounds like how I used to get when my sister and I were kids and at home and no matter how hard I would try to get her to help with chores, or clean up, or work in the kitchen on the dishes or anything to help make our apartment tidy and ready for when mom and stepdad got home from work. Not that I would punch the walls or doors or anything, but sis would back talk me and run into her room and lock the door. That is when I would get the tools out to disengage the lock and go in to continue yelling at her.

Now we are a team, in taking care of our parents. HAHA

He was a drill sergeant for the Army. He was very strict. On his behalf, I did have the volume maxed out. Haha!

ive owned the ORange 35 ....and several oranges (we spoke of Mark) -- and...well.... the ORIGIN20 ..........
is -- simply better.

IF you like pedals -- you can get ORANGE and MArshall and VOX and Fender tones from the Origin .....but still your using an all tube amp .....Im playing mine now -- (again) -- it is the best BASE for simple rawk --- it also is very QUIET (almost solid state quiet) with P90 pups (like the Les Paul Jr P90 I am using now) ..........Im typing...............and Ic ant hear HUM across the room ...............................as a matter of fact I forgot I left the volume on 10 WHILE TYPING THIS till now .......

hands down killer amp

Comes to fruity guitar finishes, anything cherry or lemony are ok, blueberry? Nope.

WTF Adrian!
You talked me into buying a Fender Bassbreaker and now I need an Origin too!

Sounds like the $50 Commercial Target Tilematic Tile/Masonry saw I got at Goodwill Restore. It had the MAIN parts of a $1500-$2k saw setup. I figured out how to gather the rest of the necessary parts to make a complete and working unit.

First order of business, plunk down the $50 and put it in the wife's SUV as fast as I could before it grew legs like Cador's Laney did.

Second, Scour the web for a deal on either a complete unit, or as many cheap sources of the missing parts as needed. Turns out a Consignment shop had a whole setup for $300.

Third, Get lucky again, and after about 2 years, I find another whole complete setup for $90.

Let's just put it this way, to have 3 saws with heavy Baldor 1.5+ hp motors, 3 Folding leg stands, 2 Water tubs, 2 Sleds the tiles travel thru the blade on, 3 Diamond blades, 2 pumps and 2 corks ( LOL the hardest part to find) all for under $450 I definitely did not want to let any moss grow under my feet.

The only things I really was missing from the $50 unit that I underestimated what they actually charge for new parts was the water tub, and sled. At the parts houses those things add up to $400-$500 just for those.

LOL Thread derail much?
