Same wattage and value, go ahead. Is there any reason I couldn't or shouldn't use a precision resistor to replace this burned up one with?
Just curious

See? I prefaced by saying im talking out of my ass. So disclaimer noted lmaoSame wattage and value, go ahead.
What did you say that was wrong?See? I prefaced by saying im talking out of my ass. So disclaimer noted lmao
I basically said that precision resistors would probably blow if voltage or amperage values werent dead on, cause of tolerances being way tighter. What did you say that was wrong?
Ah I missed that.I basically said that precision resistors would probably blow if voltage or amperage values werent dead on, cause of tolerances being way tighter.
You can use a precision resistor if you want to.^^^
Anyone?
Double post again...^^^
Anyone?
When I bought my TSL, the 1960A was part of the deal.
The cabinet is still what I use, though this head has given me a lot of trouble in the past. I am confident that after I get this all done it should be a pretty solid amp though. If not, I'm throwing the fucker in the lake
Well, mine was a victim of the infamous runaway bias problem that plagued the early 100w TSL/DSL models. Bunch of em went out loaded up with underspec'd components and suchWhat's all the negatives about a TSL???
