Thanks! It's a '99 Classic. The neck pickup is stock, but I somehow killed the bridge pup, so it was replaced with a Seymour Duncan Custom 5 pickup. Both pickups are actually blacktops, but I "zebratized" them with Bobbin Toppers vinyl clings in cream color, on one coil each.

There may be different types or manufacturers, but for the ones I got, they peel right back off when you want to remove them. There's no glue or adhesive, just a cling-vinyl strip that stays without sticky involved. So, at least with the ones I got, you're not "stuck with" them.I bought some of those bobbin toppers to do that, but I'm too chicken to put them on. I'm afraid I'll put them on crooked and be stuck with it. Are they hard to put on? I actually bought the wrong ones the first time, then I had to buy a whole set of them for several pickup brands just to get the 2 I needed for gibson pickups. Before that I didn't realize different brands use different size bobbins, I thought they were all the same.
So you're saying there are no photographs of you playing with yourself?Sorry, I live alone and don't know anybody around here to take pics of me.
