GOT GAS--talk me dddown

What does the Marshall give you that you dont have in your current stable?
Be objective,
Gives me the opportunity to try multiple current and classic Marshall tones/amps---with a miriad of different cabinet combinations --- that --- unless I am allowed to run a muck for a weekend in the Marshall archives with a guitar and amp cord ----- I will never have the opportunity to hear and try for my self....

HEre are just the standard preamps that come loaded......and you can download MANY MANY others

How much would I need to spend to purchase any one of the Original Marshall Amps listed???
62 Bluesbreaker alone is what around 10K if you can find one.........
Original Plexi is 12-16k
JTM45 16,000
JCM2000 around a grand?

I mean even if the models arent EXACT they are damn close enough for my dicking about---- and for 200.00 to get 80,000.00 of MARSHALL amp tones.......not to ,mention the other "stuff" --pedals--- other amp models etc.---......I say YEE-HAW!

Once again:

A friend of mine who is an LP/Marshall guy bought a Code 50.
It sounds terrific (if you like that LP/Marshall thing that is).

If the models are good, thats quite impressive.
How much are those, hmm I do have room and just sent back an EPI Dot,,,
Wait, wait just a min...
Adrian!!!!
Yer trying to get us to make a group purchase... would we get a discount?

NOW your thinking like a Ferengi!!!!

they start at 199.00 (new retail) for a 25 watter and go up----- however good lightly used or scratch and dents exist..........out in the nether worlds and back alleys of the interwebs..........
a lurking we shall go..................

You're Despicable!!

Does sound pretty cool.
I'm set for now; still have plenty of exploring on the tones to be found in what I have,
especially with the Fuzz builds lately.
Just got the Ge one working; its stuck in cardboard while I wait for 1590B enclosures from the PRC.

If you chat up the Sam Ash sales man they will send you a new CODE 25 for 180.00

Just FYI

and hand me a 4x12 cabinet to increase speed on the way down......thanks buddy

A lot of details here, and Nick is a funny guy, too:

You gotta worry when the Marshall guy himself makes the amp sound like complete ass. (n)

But if that's your idea of good tone... Paul R. didn't make it sound good either, and he usually makes stuff sound pretty good.

eSGEe, if you do get it, I hope it sounds great. (y)

Well--- not sure still ------- however all these lovely videos and it depends what you listen to them on.......IF I use the internal ALTEC speakers on my laptop------ they all sound like ass-----if I use my cell phone speaker------ass------if I use headphones --- better-------but still not accurate really ---because much of an amps true tone is in how it moves air--- and none of the videos give an accurate rendition of that -----
NOW I do have a BOSE sound doc that I plug my computer into and IT gives a VERY different vibe and tone to each video--- and if cranked ----it CAN move air -- and provide rich deep bass.......however------still not the REAL DEAL.....

I may need to go to Sam Ash and play in the AMp room a bit!
