The two products mentioned aren’t that bad...the Parkay is all vegetable based, and is what I use for a friend that has dairy allergies.(it’s the only thing she uses as a butter substitute) The ingredients list is fairly short, and straightforward.I might leave the butter portion out, with all the stuffs that in it..
Oh yeah.... I hear that! That’s why I always read the labels.I just kinda freaked out with a study I saw about butters and their substitutes....Every since that, I stay clear...lol...But that can just be me too.....

Let me be clear....the foiling of ribs is the only place that I ever use a butter substitute....and I’m very picky about which ones I use. Otherwise, it’s the real deal...butter or nothing.I'm a fan of real butter.
None of the substitutes taste anywhere close to as good
