Goldmember's Secret Marinara Sauce Ingredient

I might leave the butter portion out, with all the stuffs that in it..
The two products mentioned aren’t that bad...the Parkay is all vegetable based, and is what I use for a friend that has dairy allergies.(it’s the only thing she uses as a butter substitute) The ingredients list is fairly short, and straightforward.
The Land O Lakes has dairy on its short ingredients list. It works really well too.

I just kinda freaked out with a study I saw about butters and their substitutes....Every since that, I stay clear...lol...But that can just be me too.....

Oh yeah.... I hear that! That’s why I always read the labels.
There are plenty of others out there that I steer clear of....for sure.

One that I saw was that critters, bugs and some others would not go near the fake stuff..
So if they will not go near it why should we :pound-hand:

I will stay clear:celebrate2:

So there was this Dominos pizza delivery driver that was adding a "special sauce" to the pies------

moral of the story -- get off yer lazy arse and GO GET THE PIZZA--- your WAY (as the adolescent pumps his -----into the pizza) BETTER OFF

for those getting the Manfred Mann reference WELL DONE you get a cookie -- but DO NOT have it DELIVERED!

remember when living wouldnt kill you ???-- me either--

none get out alive -- live !!!!!!!!!! you get no seconds! Life is not a dress rehearsal......

Goldmember endorses the exclusive use of fresh golden butter. It's the only choice when
you want butter flavor.

BTW, try spreading some Marmite and butter on toast in the morning. It's orgasmic.

Hell they say colored toilet paper is bad for you:pound-hand:
No margarine ever, but golden butter is good for slip n slide parties:woohoo:

I'm a fan of real butter.

None of the substitutes taste anywhere close to as good
Let me be clear....the foiling of ribs is the only place that I ever use a butter substitute....and I’m very picky about which ones I use. Otherwise, it’s the real deal...butter or nothing.
But adding actual butter to baby back ribs....probably not good for you.

I only use real butter. I don't go overboard but I'm not going to shortchange myself on flavor either.

These things go in cycles. It wasn't too long ago that steak and eggs as a daily breakfast was considered health food.

Before trans fats were understood some doctors believed margarines of the day to be healthier than butter.
(Maybe those were the same doctors who preferred smoking Camels.)

One other thought - for those who really want to forego the fat & cholesterol, there are natural butter flavorings. These behave a little bit like Liquid Smoke in that a tiny bit is great, and a tiny bit more is suddenly way too much.

Natural Butter Flavor, 2 oz.

I actually keep an eyedropper in the kitchen that I use for Liquid Smoke. It'd be different if I were making large batches, but when cooking for one or two the eyedropper is a good way of keeping it under control.
