Gigbag for an SG?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a gigbag for an SG? I know the best way to store a Gibson is in a case (which I do have and use!) but when I want to carry the guitar around outside of the house, I think a gigbag would be a lot more convenient.

I am looking at a few that have extremely thick padding, a support for the neck etc (like a Rockbag Starline). But as the SG is such a small and thin guitar, a lot of the gigbags seem like they would let the SG flop around inside.

One thing I do want to avoid is having the Gibson branding on the outside, as I prefer to not attract unwanted attention (if you know what I mean).

Can anyone recommend one ?

Hector the Godin gig bags are well made, they have the support for the neck as well. I don't know for sure, but the SG style in size is similar to a Strat, if you are able to come across one where you live to try one.DSC00062.JPG DSC00066.JPG DSC00065.JPG
 
YES--- dont just throw it in the trunk of a car----- I lost a damn good late 70;s Sg --white-- WITH FLOYD ROSE!!!!! --- that way --- (young and dumb )

And thanks for the offer, but I think payment would be an issue (I have neither paypal, nor a credit card) and then I imagine shipping to the EU from the US would be disastrously expensive...

I will see if they sell that here locally (Thomann and the like)
