Thanks Mitch - since I first met you on MF, you've always been a great encouragement - and I appreciate that more than you know.@Iron1 great piece for the family.. I love your work brother.
Oh man, threw me a curve ball. I saw that V and was like "Mitch about to throw down his inner KK Downing!" then you hit us with that killer atmosphere instead. Good stuff, as always! The crap I came up with,,, and with last nights riff thrown in. At drop D ..
Thanks for listening
Mitch
Drums are coming along nice, Sapient! Keep it up.Yes, it was the one I TRIED to sing. Those were some infant days for sure. Lol.
No prob, bro. The solo was real good I must say!
Yea, I can. I'm working on my own tune right now which I really dig. Hear me on it and see if it's a sound you like. I'm getting pretty handy though and tones some. Maybe even to thrash! :dood:
Here's a rough mix of what I have now. No vocal yet, or electric guitar. Still tweaking.
I'll put it in the other sections further along.
Thanks Mitch - since I first met you on MF, you've always been a great encouragement - and I appreciate that more than you know.

Nice! When I started recording this way it was a huge change for me. Started songwriting a long time ago with a drummer. I'd write stuff, record it on an old boom box, then arrange it and play it for him. He'd then lay down some beats. Now, I throw together the drum loops and write the riffs to suit them about 80% of the time. Miss having a real drummer to jam with, but the loops do make the process a lot faster/easier. And, most importantly, the loops aren't going to quit on me and join a glam band cause they pay better...Thanks, bro! Turning out to be a bit more fun. Probably because the drums are done. The whole tune is arranging from that clip.

Work more on that clean part and make it loger. The crap I came up with,,, and with last nights riff thrown in. At drop D ..
Thanks for listening
Mitch
Will do, and if I don’t put away about 3 beers first I will bring it back on the end .. thanks for listening broWork more on that clean part and make it loger.
HAIL YEAH!!!!! Iron. I bet this would sound sick through my Laney AOR.Here's the tone test I mentioned in the NGD thread.
Juggernaut is panned left, my DK Modern HT7 panned right.
Juggernaut has passive Jackson branded Juggernaut pickups, DK Modern has Fishman Open Cores.
Left the bass off this one on purpose so you could hear the guitars better.
Check out Ramo's cut for my mom shortly after her July Stroke.Excellent addition’s on all counts..
Thanks for posting
