fOUND THIS ON ANOTHER GUITAR SITE

If I find flaws in any guitar I will post about them, but I see no reason to bash any one brand over the other.

I owned a couple Godin guitars and I no longer own them. They weren't any better than my Fender's...

I'm going to get down to two or three guitars and be done with the nonsense. I'm having a lot more fun
playing what I have instead of buying and selling gear in a vicious circle that never ends with me being
a better player...

Yes, it's actually playing what you have. GAS have never made me play better or really made me happy for more than a day.

I love the gear I have now and I'm selling everything but my Blackout Strat and my 2013 Les Paul. Everything else is going...

Same with amps and pedals...it's all going except my Kemper and one Tube amp to be determined and the Peavey SS.
 
I like what I like. I got my first LP only in 2017. Loved it! I now own 3. They are each a bit different. I really like my Godin with the acoustic preamp and humbuckers as well. Love it. Same with the Ibanez Pretiges, etc.

Sometimes QC can be subpar with some companies sometimes, I have never really found that. It's the guy behind the guitar that really counts. Our now ex bass player is a gear snob. As he says, there are other tools out there that do the job better than a LP. He owns a PRS. Now, unless it has a whammy bar, it what way does it do it better? The LP is good for 60 amd 70s rock but not much else he says. Ridiculous.

I sent him the link to John 5 tearing it up with a bunch of vintage guitars. Plus the one where he kills it on a Hello Kitty.

I rode my bike to Jamesway (I might have walked the railroad tracks there - it was a long time ago), a few miles, to buy that album. You want them cats, and you got 'em, the hottest band in the land KISS. Kiss uses Gibson guitars and Pearl drums because they only use the best - or something like that anyways...
