For Sale 1976 SG Standard

As of yesterday, it is free of tax obligations. It was also free of liens from the time we purchased it for cash. And I will have to figure out what encumbrances are.
 
From the same web site that was posted I continued looking and found this...

"You cannot obtain an allodial title for your property under federal U.S. law. Some state constitutions refer to allodial title, but it does not exist in practise. Until 2005, Nevada used to have a law which allowed you to make your land allodial for property tax purposes under state law. No other state has an allodial law. This is because the right to own property in U.S. law is a limited right and not an absolute right."

Considering that is what I used to pay a MONTH in the FL. KEYS-----and had to have PRIVATE garbage collection----on a lot 1/8th the size------- I'll just pay "the man" / and smile

My nerves were shot up until I walked up to that Cashier's window with those 45 one hundred dollar bills. Then I fell asleep in the passenger seat of my girlfriend's car as she headed toward home.
