GRANT, I SURE AM GLAD YOU are ALIVE and POSTING. Are you out of the woods so to speak as far as vital organs etc are concerned?

I hope I don't make any stitches tear open or anything, but He must be some kind of PROGRAMMER/ IT type guy to even get the word F A R T banned if one tries to type the sweet and innocent word ' Far-ther" in a sentence.

I am home and back to work although still have pain in my back and neck. The drunk driver was arrested. There is video footage of the collision and I say collision because it was no accident, he new he was driving while he was drunk. My car was totaled and I have full coverage so they are sending me a check that will cover 3/4 of the cost to buy a new 2025 Subaru Outback to replace my 2022 outback. Fortunately I do have the funds to pay out of pocket with no financing required.

I'm going to physical therapy for my back and neck injuries. I have developed a loud high pitch ringing in my ear since the collision and will be seeing a specialist next week about this. It is constant 24/7. I still have bruising (although they are healing) from my left pectoral to my right abdomen which I hear is a common seat belt injury.

I have hired a lawyer to represent me for my injuries which include a concussion, whiplash, internal contusions and other bodily damage.

This year has started off very bad for me and family. On Jan 6 my wife was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and blood pressure of 227 over 117. On Jan 10 was my collision. This afternoon my son was walking our 4 year old grandson home from school and a car ran into them. Fortunately a witness took a video with the driver's license plate and face. The driver also tried to run down the witness and it's all on video. Speaking of video, I stopped by the gas station where my car ended up after spinning accross the intersection. He told me that his brother saw the whole thing and it was all captured on the gas station surveillance camera. He also gave me the name of the station owner and her phone number which I turned over to my lawyer.
 
Here is the video of a good person attempting to stop the hit and run driver that hit my son and grandson today. He then tried to run over the witness. They are still in the hospital but no serious damage or broken bones so far. Happy F-ing New Year.

That person right there? Needs there friggin legs broken with a baseball bat. One thing to wreck into someone, cause accidents happen. But when you try to hide your face like a coward, can't even get out and check on the victims and exchange information? You're a scumbag. But when you drive off? Oh, there's a special place in hell for your ass
