So, since I was named Ambassador of CaliZilian affairs, for being a Brazilian who plays mostly Californian guitars, I think I just found my favorite car wax. Took the Lancer for a wash and wax this morning and found this preciosity.

Of course I bought a can just for me :)

Californian car wax made with Brazilian Carnauba.

I think I found my new avatar!

Lol - I like the sense of humor, man ;)
Good wax though to say the least.

btw I really don't know how people are favoring SUVS and crossovers over sedans and coupes. Ford, MIT and others are ceasing to make cars. F*** them all, I'll drive a real car until I die.

I'm glad that they still make the Lancer in Brazil (it's not a big block muscle car, but it has testosterone enough for a "civilian" sport sedan, and is a 70s rally classic, so I could buy a brand new one.

I sure don't get it either, especially small SUV's/crossovers. When will people finally get past the stigma in the US and admit that what they really want is a wagon/estate but they have this weird perception of them. People, you're already driving a wagon, just one that uses too much gas, handles poorly and costs too much!

For has announced that although they are phasing out virtually all auto production for the US (which is whole other brand of lunacy) they will continue to sell Mustangs.

It would be a crime against humanity to stop making stangs and other classic muscle cars.

Damn, I hate German artsy fartsy audis, beevees and mercedes, but if I have to, I'll much rather drive one than a mama's wagon.

My GF drives a Citroen Aircross, and this other day I had to use her car, my Ford was in maintenance. I took the Bunny Wagon and went to pick up my bassist and take him to band practice. I parked in front of his tattoo studio and when he came out and saw me, he froze, put the bass case and the backpack down and said "Duuuuuuuuuuuuude, I can't believe this! You bought that??? That's for chicks and single moms"

It’s not all weird perception and stigma. Though, I admit that does exist with some people.

My family vehicle is a mini-van. It’s more comfortable with road trips and even works to load up drywall and stuff. Plus, my wife finds it easier to get in and out of it than a regular car. To be honest, for me it’s legitimately more practical than a station wagon would be.

A lot of ladies I know prefer mini-vans and crossovers because they sit higher and have a better view of the road.

Personally, though, this is my daily driver:

40+ mpg, I can fit in any parking space, and it turns on a dime.
