Burstbucker 1 A5 magnet swap

Yup, DonO. But, sometimes we just type really fast and get the general idea across. In that case, I was still lost even if I tried punctuating it myself.

Yeah, I read a study about a year ago on how the brain can stitch odd pieces together. They had a paragraph written were almost every word was misspelled except for the fact that the first and last letter were correct. You could read it and totally comprehend what was being said.

Ivan 50 watt Marshall's Kill Sweet. I still play a 100 watt Marshall. One of the few original amps I own.

Sweet plexi Mr Plexi, bet it sounds AWESOME. Park amps are some really desirable amps with the Park 75 (no matter which variant) being arguably the most desirable of all. I see yours has the shared cathode arrangement (JTM45 front end?). Very nice indeed.
Thanks for the compliment on the 1987. It went through a couple of iterations before settling on the '68.
Mr Grumpy, (I'm not sure about the G10) but many Celestions are now made in China & are very definitely NOT the same as their English counterpart. I can tell you though, that the UK made G10 is a very good sounding speaker. A buddy (in another state) has a 4x10 loaded with & it is a great sounding cabinet. Scumback speakers have a very large following of discerning players as well as amp builders which speaks volumes about their products. Which every speaker you choose I hope it works out well for you. Cheers
