Cool. So she likes the guitar I take it. Cheers
Glad she's enjoying it. Is the whole bridge brass? The one I installed is an alloy of 70% zinc & 30% aluminum, with brass saddles & thumbwheels. Steel posts. Cheers
Very cool! Congrats to you and your mom and your wonderful family. It was good to see Mom so happy. She's really been through it of late.
I spent most of the night playing accompanying her on bass, giving Natalie a few lessons and playing around on my two Gibson's.
Funny thing is, the more I played my SG, the more I liked it...and the less comfortable I felt with the Les Pauls,
although I really do dig Les Paul tone.
Who knows....
Very cool! Congrats to you and your mom and your wonderful family.
As for the SG-LP debate - play them both!
A green 3M pad could solve that!LOL, yes!
I don't know why I am so finicky. I guess its all in hearing and sensing little things...
I really have to say I have begun to dislike the thick, dark coating on the back of the neck and the roughness of the wood they used...

Tom Anderson "shorty" Icon or Classic will do the trickYes! Although I would never do it....I'm just funny that way.
I just keep wishing for a Gibson Scale Stratocaster. I guess I might have to build one to get one....
