Best Mics for Vocals

You could convert it to an MP4 file and then it will work like a video in a post. There will be only audio, but at least it's embeddable that way. I sent Adrian a sound demo of the Strat thru my mini practice rig that way....

That's the Strat into the Tone Bakery Creme de la Creme OD pedal -> Biyang Baby Boom reverb pedal -> Fender Vibrochamp XD and ZT Amps Lunchbox Jr. in stereo

No warmup so hopefully you wont lose your lunch.
Can I just change it from .wav to .mp4? Does that work? There is only audio as it is from my DAW.

Were you wearing the robe? That was pretty cool. I think the midway hack added a nice touch.

Well? I'm waiting.
I am deaf and wear hearing aids so as I tell the crowds, I have no idea what I sound like. So I just used whatever the club had there. We can not share mics anymore so I just got what was marked vocal and was cheap. Last week I performed online and used my new cheap wireless headset mic and it seemed ok. It was nice not having to set up a boom stand to be able to move around more. I will never know how my voice is affected by any variable. It was always just me and my guitar and a small amp if they did not have a rig for me to plug into. Now, if the clubs ever open again, and they deign to let me play, which I kind of doubt because I figure if they reopen, they will need the biggest and best acts they can get to try to replace lost revenue, I will have to add a mic to my gear.

So I was doing some homework on large diaphragm condenser mics a few weeks ago and ran across a good YouTube video. What got my interest was the guy saying that you should not leave condenser mics out in a room or studio for extended periods of time. They should be stored in their case with a bag of fresh (or re-baked) desiccant. Does anyone know if this is true or is this guy way anal about his mics? I’m buying some nice condenser mics and would like to know if I need to give them special attention.
