It's Secret Harbor Beach. Stayed there a week a couple years ago. Last official spring break before my wife retired from teaching May 2022.

Most dogs can be trained to obey a few simple one word commands or be taught to perform a simple trick, but the hard truth is that most dogs are prone to bouts of occasional deafness.

We actually have taught them things. We are staunchly anti-declawing. Whenever a new baby joins the pride we get down on our hands and knees to show them how to use a scratching post. Worked every time. No clawed up furniture in this house.

We taught ours to not get on the tables or countertops. They both got an F in that class.

We have two sons. Dogs…. Kids….. same issues with selective hearing.

I don’t hate cats. Grew up with both a cat and dog in the family. But our eldest is asthmatic and is highly allergic to cats. Can trigger an asthma attack. So….. we can’t have a cat.
