Keeping the cat out of a room with my kid won’t work. Doesn’t matter how clean the house is. How often the cat owner vacuums. Changes the furnace filter, he can tell in 5 minutes after walking in if a cat lives there. Bronchial passages start constricting. Gets difficult to breath. Headaches. Feels crappy. Usually ends up having to take a hit on his inhaler. Then when he gets home, sit down with his nebulizer to really get the meds down deep into his lungs. Then feel like crap for the next 2-3 days. For him it’s serious business.
