Roof is on my list---

In the last month my entire septic system needed rebuilt --- my central air unit went out (new one will be here Monday) and I have an ever progressing roof leak-----

LOL the "city" even though I don't live in a city or 1 that isn't 20 miles away just came in with all new sewage pipes and made every one connect 2 years ago. We have a septic. The city made it mandatory or you will get fined so had to have all new pipes ran and pay their connection fee's. Bastards! Oh and I now have a $50 bill a month. And I just learned that since buying the other 1/2 of my house that the city doesn't give a poop if anyone is living there or the house isn't in any condition for living in ATM and sent me a $750 back bill on the house. I'll add at the same time they did that the gas company made us rerun our gas lines to new connections & pay connection fees because they changed their location and pipe. To then follow it up last year with moving it again and we had to rerun it straight out the front which is 1/4 of length they made us do 2 years ago! And of course more connection fees! Their excuse was they were repaving the road and had to move things around for it? Well uh all they did was repave the road. They didn't widen it,they didn't move it, it didn't change in 1 bit except they paved over the old..........
