guess everyones selling out

EXCEPT MESA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Ugh....sad....no wonder my bass player friend is still looking.... last time he bounced stuff off of me was right around this time last year...I remember looking them up, and being happy to see their stuff being a domestic product. I also remember mentioning Mesa to him...I don’t remember why they weren’t at the top of his list, though they were there. Probably price...I dunno.
I’m not exactly a staunch nationalist...though I will give preference to a domestic product that fills a need, if possible. My friend is a little more into buying American.

@RVA
Did you try gently moving all the tubes when the amp starts cutting out?

And applied pressure to the solder joints especially where all the tube pins are when the amp is cutting out?

I found somebody with very similar issues on the same amp. He took it to a tech, who in turn reflowed all the soldering points of the preamp tubes and I think the power tubes. This should be easy for you to do. Make sure the caps are discharged.
No way. I will pay and live to see another day. My time with tube amps is nearly at an end. I shutter to think I fumbled around 500W to get a warm amp tone.
Also, since I am selling, I want to be sure I am transfering quality product.

OK, so after leaving it on for an hour, I am getting cut out BUT, a quick jiggle or lightning quick on/off of the standby switch brings it back. Any thoughts?

Borrowing one of your pics...

That huge 7 watt block-shaped power resistor: Discolored? Extremely hot when amp is fully on and warmed up? Tap-it test?

Blue wires from Standby switch: Seated properly? Wiggle-wiggle while amp is fully on and warmed up?

Follow the fat white wire to the Output tranny: Both ends seated properly?

Oh so we are having sort of the same issue? My TSA30 cut out again. Went to play today and it didn't turn on so I pulled the back off to make sure the tubes were lighting up. I didn't pull the amp out of the head box but I pulled the tubes to see if I saw anything and they looked fine. Turned the amp back on and the light was on, so I put it back up and flicked both switches nothing so I turned the stand by off and the power light came back, turned the stand by on and we were in business again, did a couple flicks of the switches and it seems I have a bad switch, after testing I can use the stand by switch but the actual off/on switch I can't use without having issues so I have it plugged into a surge protector to turn it all the way off & on and it's working with no issues.

Everything looks fine. Tapping does not create a result. Cutout remains and flickering the stanby alleviates the problem temporarily. Tine for the shop

I'm happy with my amps but I should post some photos of some real nightmare amps I have worked on

I may pull the trigger on the AXE-FX-3 Axe-Fx III Preamp/FX Processor

The pro's I know use this and world tour with them and profile their favorite high end amps and they don't use Line-6 or Kemper.

When I see chips and processors in a tube amp, I cringe. Don't give up on tube amps until you have a hand wired point to point with quality components. No circuit boards or multi pin ribbon connectors.
The only way to have a new, affordable one in the era we live in might be to build a kit amp from tube depot or similar.
