Thank you.
Are those measurements fretted at the 22nd???
No, that's just measuring without fretting anything. The action is very low on this guitar though, owing to the vintage-size fretwire.
Thank you.

It bugs me. Not sure why, but I'm also playing keys mid-set and that sort of thing, so it's very noticeable to me.
See man, there's your first mistake. Keys don't belong in hard rock/metal![]()
Ding ding ding,correct answere.^^^^^

Hmmm… not sure if joking. Both of those songs/bands are on my “no fly” list.Don't Stop Believing....one of the greatest songs ever....next would be Africa by Toto.

Haha…again, to each their own. You and I are the same age but I went out of my way to avoid those bands (and their genre of music) contemporaneously. Just never appealed to me. But…I was a Metal snob at the time, which may explain but not excuse my mindset. My wife loves them both though! No joke. I happen to love them, but the venues pay us very well too....I enjoy what I do and I enjoy performing songs I grew up listening to.

Ok,OK, I whipped it out.
Neck pickup bass side is 6.35mm from the low E string
Neck pickup treble side is 5.75mm from the high E string
Bridge pickup bass side is 4mm from the low E string
Bridge pickup treble side is 4mm from the high E string
To contrast, last I checked Gibson recommends 1.6 mm for the bridge pickup and 2.4 mm for the neck so these ended up significantly lower than that/where they were set from the factory.
Yea and it didn’t take long, it’s the same difference’s. I hear between my LP’s and Epiphone..Looks like the new LP has found a home in ALABAMA West coast Style @ RobertHerndon house.
From my side by side comparisons, I hear a fuller palette of sonic fullness in the range of notes between the 2 recordings of the '21 LP vs the Replica in Sweet home.
The Replica seems to record as all one level and lesser note ringingness vs a rounder and bolder completeness of all the notes as I hear it within Rob's chords when played on the '21 LP. Anyone else hear this?
I would love to, as I can only comment on my own tests, heard the same thing in a GC a few months ago, me and another guy were playing a pair of $600 Epiphone LP’s and he asked me what the actual difference was besides the $$$ on the gibsons what do you hear differently.Mitch I wonder how you would like testing and hearing differences in my EPI with T Tops and my Other GIB pup equipped guitars.
ES 135 with 57's, White SG Std with Tarbacks, SG Faded Walnut with 490's, and of course the Black 3 knob with Bill Lawrence Circuitboard pups.
And of course Smitty's Washburn ES copy with Duncan pups
I have not changed any of the pickups in any of my Gibsons yet. But I do want to experiment !It's kinda tough getting used to lower output pickups. It's a much different world!!!
