I don't have the time to spare to watch this, especially after seeing some of the comments in this thread.
But, I will echo Robert, the Blackstar ID:Core amps do have their niche. They're very, very versatile - but maybe a "jack of all trades, master of none" sort of thing.
And, the Crate G10, 1990s era Marshall practice amps and the Line 6 Spider series are all dramatically worse than the Blackstars.
That being said, I'd buy a Boss Katana - twice - over another Blackstar... and I have done just that. The Boss Katana 50 is the greatest practice amp ever made, IMO. Not sure how it, or one of the larger Katanas would work for me in a stage environment, but I have a buddy that's used a Katana 100 for years and he gets stunning tones with it.
