Bluetooth range is short. If I go out(today was the first time I’ve gone away further than the convenience store next to my house) I CAN leave a device in range, and check the graph when I get back. It won’t fix anything for me, but I have a record, so if I need to make adjustments...I can.You mean you dont have to sit for hours watching it----- you can just WONDER OFF and check via bluetoothie wifi magic wizardry?????
So what are you using for temp gauge? Do you use an app? That graph is really cool.
I use a Maverick redi-check two channel remote wireless with receiver. For the grill.
And for the meat I use a Thermoworks Thermapen instant read. My favorite tool for all cooking and grilling.
LOL and I still rub 2 sticks together and get a spark for my tinder to ignite and then pile up sticks till I get the flame a rollin.
All the electronics do is tell me the temperature. I do the rest myself. Start a little bit of charcoal in a chimney with newspaper or something. Everything is manual about the smoker. Heck! All it is is an old Weber Kettle.
That's quite unfair... There's an ok, good for Korea, ribs place about 30 mins away from me, but it's pricey and not gonna taste as good as yours.
Yea, but you can get dog...

Yea, but you can get dog...
I've never tried it, and don't intend to.

These ribs were defective. The bones won’t stay in.
Alright...not competition quality, but fall off the bone, good dinner quality.
Sort of a turd?...a bass-turd I guess....waka-waka!So here I am looking at your ribs after having Tuna Salad. Your sort of a turd . . . . they look great, I am jealous.
