Very nice! Do you play that gutiar as long as you would a 2 pup guitar?

I do yes.......why does the numberof pickups effect length of play?

OFTEN I play a 2 pup guitar/bass using ONLY 1 pup---

Do you only use both at all times?

Many of my basses I only use the neck pickup--- I like the fuller richer meatier tone--

I also play many hours on this --its one of my favorite 6 string critters ever.......the ability to effect tone can be controlled by where you play on the strings.....and the vol/tone adjustments --- just as readily as flipping a switch
