NMGD: 1973 Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado (Pic Heavy)

My inherited Moto Guzzi finally showed up! All the way from Ohio to California...

I pulled the 3 saddle bags and the side covers off to get a good look. She was last
licensed in 2001 and has been sitting in the barn for at least the last 18 years.
Last ridding around two or three years ago...

She needs some work, but is all original and has only 25K Miles! I'm going to be
very busy getting this girl road worthy. I think I'll call her Black Betty...

And what kind of guitar is that dude from Ram Jam playin ??? Looks like a Gibson Lester with a weird headstock.Looks like a Epi Sheriton headstock.WTFook is that thing

Ya gots to be quick but check out the headstock on that dudes Lester. Its got the Gibson Pickups in it.

I think you g/dad's bike is a true classic. Restoration would diminish it's $ value and turn it into something that isn't your g/dad's bike.
After safety issues such as wheel bearings, brake shoes and cables are sorted I'd look to lubrication and electrical.
Then baby it's time to rock and roll :-)
