Howdy!Hi all,

Hi,Howdy!
Aw jeez. I have typed so many responses. All of them crap. Hopefully this one is less sucky.
I am grateful that you came to say hello and hope that you and Lee are doing well.
Please come by more often. Really. I suspect that you are every bit if not more than of Kev's equal.
Besides...
You have voting rights. We have to elect a new Chief Window Licker Leader!
Yes, one year to the day on Thursday since he passed. Thank you so much for remembering. It’s been an emotional last few days but I just thought I would pop in, say hi and maybe mark the occasion. One year.
Elaine I hope you and Lee are doing well.
Love from the Texas sun.
Thank youMiss you brother. Every day.
Thank you, yeah he truly was a one-off and I feel blessed to have been his partner and the life we shared.Aww what an awful time.
We are thinking of you Elaine and Lee.
Kev was one of a kind. Miss him.
Hi Steve, hope you’re well. Yeah, the last year has been a difficult one but we’re getting through. You know what Kevin was like so you can imagine the humour, stories and memories he generated and I have all that to fall back on.Hi, Elaine. I saw you posted this morning and I've just been at a loss for words. Thanks for stopping by and letting us know how you're doing. I still miss Kev being around on the forums so I can only imagine what you've been through this past year. I do think about you from time and wonder how you're doing now so it's really good to hear from you.
Steve
That’s very kind, thank you.Sincere condolences for your loss, Elaine. I never got to (e-)meet Kev, but I know a few of the folks who held him in high regard, so I trust their judgement. All the best.
Elaine, I'm thinking that was on another forum back before any of us came to this forum. I'm racking my brain trying to remember who it was, but I have a lot of foggy memories of things that happened before my stroke in 2018 and it's just not coming to me. I barely remember that discussion.Kevin used to speak about an online friend (I’m assuming it was here but I can’t be sure) who’s partner had the same medical condition that I was diagnosed with.
If that friend is on here and recognises this, I would like to pass on my best wishes and hope for a positive prognosis.
