Today I stayed inside mostly. Yesterday however, I am still working on my DIY shed
8 x 14 1/2 x about 12ft high. I would have made it wider and longer but there is no more space available.
Yesterday, I put up the high bay light. Not complicated but it’s 4 ft. With 6 -T8 fluorescent tubes. It’s been in storage for 6 years( brand new) I wanted to hang it somewhat properly.
I got some 1/8 wire easily bent into a 90 degree angle and then I bent hooks on the end. Installed hooks in the rafters and used single chain on each end. I will get a pic tomorrow.
I thought after all that , the hardest part was hanging it up there. I turned it on and I was bummed. It’s not bright ? It tricked me, these bulbs have mercury in them . Not sure how that works but the box says that it will operate at 0 degrees. They did warm up and are very bright.
