What are you playing today

I thought about painting it myself, but I wanted a good result.
Good move. Paintings Not easy. I've stopped.

This PRS 594 Soapbar..
Heck Ya!!!

BTW I got the accordion from a trash bin yesterday
I've been there. Eventually came to nought. It was too far gone. Having been outside too long.

If we think guitars are expensive, look at a few accordians.

this beast of a banjo
That's a Beauty!!

Don’t think I knew you had two Strat style guitar. Was thinking just one.

Yep 2 . The Session and Progression. These two aren't going anywhere. The Session Blackburst, my first real guitar, its a gem. The Progression with H.D.R and JB Jr in the Bridge made to Godin Specs is like two guitars in one. Both high quality and playability.

After resisting buying a Strat for years, and as you know I finally bought one. And surprise to me..... I really like it. Just a normal Strat in that its configuration is SSS for pups. The reason I bought this particular guitar is because its got a push switch which brings the bridge pickup into the mix in postilions 4 and 5, giving me 7 tones to pick from. And you can hear the difference. That might not be a new deal for Fender, but I think generally it's been done with a push/pull Tone of Volume pot. I really am not in love with push pull switches. Was playing the Strat last night and I used 6 of the 7 positions. Only one that went unused was bridge only.

Having so much fun with this cheap beater guitar. It plays like butter.

Stacked P90s
Buzz Feiton tuning system (fwiw)
Voice Contour Control
Push/Pull coil splitting

Currently, I have a Roland GK-3 pickup installed beneath the bridge for use with my old Roland GR-55 Guitar Synthesizer. My plan for next week is to uninstall that pickup and use it on a different guitar.
