for putting the 2015 Jr.'s (A guitar I have lusted after for 2 years now) on SALE!
ALl the GIBBO bashing aside--- I have played many of these in GC's and SA's and mom and pop music shops --- but the 900.00 price point on release was just NOT in my wheelhouse-----
HOWEVER --- 20.00 a month --and a sale price of 479.00 for this caliber of guitar is REEEEDICULOUSLY CHEAP!
Take a gander at the specs per Gibson --- the features--- the special pick up the woods used (for you "tonewoodies" and the build quality

They come with this lovely SPOCK shot into the abyss coffin case!
And whats in side SMELLLS LIKE CHOCOLATES! (it does if you dont belive me ask Owegi!
Finish is a MILE deep---- and appears to be 1 solid slab of Mahogany
lighting is odd on some pics really hard to capture the Vintage burst color
Tronicals --- ZERO nut----WIDE thin neck ----and AMAZINGLY articulate Dogear P90 modeled after the original with set slugs and low impedance really makes just subtle adjustments to either knob allow a HUGE range of tones from Quack, Bark snarl LESLIE WEST to mellow jazz and almost BB King like blues......

I believe I poo poo'ed the Tronicals---- nay varily I may have bordered on ridicule of the things ----- almost DAMNATION if you will ---and as I recall -----on another forum taht will remain nameless----we held several heated and verbal dick wagging sessions to such.....or maybe we didnt ----- HELL I dont know I drink a lot--- any way.........
I wish all my guitars had this poop!
under 2 seconds ----Im in tune----
might take 3 if I want to be in an "alternate" tune-----love it----- work smooth and accurately ---
MODS???? MODS you ask --- what MODS will do to this guitar------- NOT a damn one ---its staying pristine and original.
As I think these where only made for 1 year------ many purists bought and RIPPED tronicals off and changed nuts and pots and caps and removed the TINY circuit board........even removed pups-----
NOT me -----its sheer purfection and staying just like it is!
For less than most Epiphone you can still snag a top quality Gibbo------

I am not gonna state that every and all Gibsons are Perfect (they aint) and I will not go "cutting the "G" any slack! But them Nashville boys got this model damn SKIPPY RIGHT!
