The little guy is still here. Napping in the flowers by the patio. Sure hope mama shows up.

This is not a good sign, and I fear for this fawn’s survival. The mama deer usually won’t leave its babies behind unless it senses a predator and will try to elude the predator away from the babies. I hope the mama is still alive and very soon reunite. Any wildlife rescue that you can get in touch with?

Our thought as well. I did see mama and baby together crossing the street on Monday. Both of us researched what to do. Basically, nothing for 24 hours.... assuming the fawn remains in the yard. Guess it's not uncommon for mama to go off foraging while leaving baby in a safe place..... and then come back to feed the baby. At this age the fawn isn't able to keep up with mom while she moves around. And as it turns out, mama deer has a pretty good nose and can track her offspring... which may come in handy since baby obviously wandered off from where mom left him/her. At this point, baby did not appear to be stressed or injured. Just resting and taking a nap. We'll keep an eye out for the fawn. If it comes to it, I found several local phone numbers for animal rescue.

Grabbed this one camping at the lake over the weekend

funny thing is we had three of four really funky red orb sunsets due to all the forest fire smoke in the air up here, and a lot
of really cool amber day light because the sun was so filtered, but I hardly took any pics. Years ago I would have snapped a
hundred, but i just don't seem to have the motivation for it anymore, and my older eyes let me down. Plus I only carry around
my phone these days, and it's pretty limiting as far as nature landscape stuff goes.

Added some updates and "levels". Lol. Not exactly sure why I am doing this, not really being a fan anymore and not actually intentionally listening to them since the '70s . I sure think it looks cool though. ;)

Plus, you don't know me to tell any of my friends about it. Lol.

A few pics from the annual 3 day concert we attend every year. One dude had really cool hair action.
Todd Kerns from Toque. Formerly of Age of Electric. Each member has a very good pedigree. Also some other shots

Backline for Great White. Note only 1 cab is mic'd and the Kemper toaster. No inputs on the Marshalls. The rest is just a painful show for the road crew.

Many bands seemed to use modelers or pedal amps. Aldo Nova had a BluGuitar Amp 1 on a Temple Audio board. Hey it all sounded really good at FOH so who cares? Just enjoy whatever it is you play!!

Nice boots.Snip toe ?
Thanks!! Yes, sir.

Those are really cool. I’m more a sneakers kinda guy…. But I can appreciate the coolness of these.
Actually I'm more of a sneaker guy myself. I wear boots on occasion. Wore them every day from mid '90s to about mid '2000s (2005 ..ish).

Can't take it quite like I use to ..especially with about 60 lbs more on my once scrawny AZZ.
