Thanks broooooo! I actually struggled with whether or not I should leave out some of the guitar tracks so the bass could be more prominent. Originally I did all the solos on the bass. Was goin' for a RHCP feel.

Just a reminder if you want ME to edit your "Soundtrack of Love" music/audio to the video and upload, I will require your background bed to be completed by this Saturday night, May 11. about 2:30 of background is ideal.
Thursday May 16th is the final deadline to submit your own fully completed Main event (love scene) video w/ BG to this thread.
And, there are the other musical challenges, where you you get another 48 hrs while we vote...

"It's likely not going to be pleasant, or comfortable. Probably dissonant, screechy, nonrhythmic, whatever. Have fun with it! Or maybe not! Maybe it's simply a poorly played Stairway To Heaven or, Wonderwall. Maybe it's a faithful rendition of Seger's "Old Time Rock 'n Roll," my personal musical purgatory theme. Maybe it's just dark and scary. Thing is, this could be very personal, or it could annoy everyone all at once. Ideally, both.

You’ve heard about length, you know about height, probably pretty familiar with depth. Where can you go from there? Time, baby!
The RiffMasters Chapter 5 side hustle taunts all to attempt to master The Fourth Dimension with some wacky musical time signatures.
RiffMaster "Time Travelers" earn two extra points by simply creating / posting a minimum 1:00 piece that compliments any one of these more eclectic time signatures: 6/4, 7/8, 5/8 or 6/8 I posted in the original post (see link above). To further edge you out of your musical comfort zone, if you manage to do it with clean guitar tone, no dirty, distorted or gained up bees-in-a-tin-can buzz, that’ll be worth one extra point, for three.

Since the last LiveeviL scoring update Ibmorjamn continues to tear it up. He escapes the tie with
Sapient with his "Leap Frog" side hustle, an off-time thing that quacks like a duck, but walks like a frog.
Since he managed his Time-Travel via a clean tone, he gains two plus one for three, pulling ahead of Sapient to 32.
Sapient came back with his "Love Scene" background which I'm calling "Winds of Love" a lovely ditty,
punctuated with completely natural (if not quite so romantic) sounds, plus a very intense Italian lady urging her
partner for more of something, or perhaps insulting him for overly-flatulent behaviours, (I can identify). Sponsored in
part by Taco Bell. I guess I shouldn't presume it was non-romantic, everyone has their own personal fetish preferences.
So "Winds" will be on the voting block in a little while, and Sapi locks in the extra two for SFX and his own edit.
After that we had our first "Soundtrack of Love" full composition with sung lyrics, submitted by the Scoreboard Leader @Ku²
He promised right from the outset that sort of challenge was right up his alley, so to speak. He did NOT disappoint with a chili-hot funkifried style, that seems to be mostly his own, and def added much spice to the video with some rather inspiring lyrics. He also miraculously pulled off an edit job, and there are plenty of rather convincing sound effects so an extra two coming, (to be applied after the vote.)
Randy Van Malmsteen added his Time Travel Track "Powdered Water" with a full minute and a bit of relentless slappadaface chonk in
a wacky time signature. He did stick with the dirt/distorted tones, so he only gets two points, giving up the one for non-clean toanz.
Who Done What So Far:
LiveeviL2000 - earned 1 with his Hellish Muzak - brought "Thoughts of a Male Virgin" for a love scene soundtrack which he also edited.
Clockworkmike - longing for the days when he could earn the easy points via guitar duels, without amps dying and much troubleshooting.
Mitch Pearrow SJMP - Earned 9 and scared the livin' bejeezus out of Aynirar27 in the guitar duel. We await more from this round from Mitch!
Ku² - Evicted TVvoodoo out of the penthouse with a creepy 1 pt. guitar duel of Hellz Muzak, then added "Sexual Recipe" as his love track, edited.
Ibmorjam - Channeled Santana w/ "Video Love," w/ edit, (2), also dropped Hot Place Muzak for (1), time-traveled w/ "Leap Frog" for 3 more
TVvoodoo - is feeling semi-desperate, now trying to catch up on the game proper, and maybe soon lay something, anything down.
C-Grin - hoarding pallets of Mountain Dew and Chef Boyardee for the coming summer of civil unrest,

That was gnarly dude. I imagined The Legion of Doom walking down the isle but in sharp, rusted up Mad Max style attire.
And Bam Bam Bigelow waiting in the ring, but his flame tattoos have come to life
