But I also lost the lead work and all the edits I did last night which blows.
The edits I can redo. But the lead work is take after take. I guess it will be easier this time around. But to see all that time and effort turn into nothing is maddening.
I was going to give it a last listen today with some fresh ears and when I opened my DAW. It was all gone.

As @Thatbastarddon said, those files should still be there though. Look in your "Documents/Reaper Media" folder and sort them by date ....those should be the latest. I'm pretty sure Reaper doesn't clean them up automatically.
