Thank you for the compliments guys. I was really stuck with the lyrics, just writers block I guess. If it wasn't for Brad coming up with the lyrics, I'd still be sitting there listening to my guitar tracks for the next 2 weeks.

@LiveeviL2000 has now joined the "DONE For Round 3 Club" allowing him more time to dedicate towards his other hobby interests which include hunting down rare and elusive Beanie Babies, and probably manscaping.
I fought off two blue screens of death last night and got drums and a couple weakish tracks down on my reggae tune last night. Who else has works in now-progress?
I knew this round was gonna throw some of you off, but geez... even Queen Bey-Bey Beyonce has herself a big ol' country hit right now!

Who's feelin' the heat? Is your inner voice telling you you've already given up on Main Event round Three?
Or are you waiting for lightning to strike?
When things start to stack up on a fella, it oftens reveal two very different types of people
I myself, believe sit firmly somewhere in-between those two types, though I too can be caught procrastinating far too often. I too also suffer from paralysis by analysis, all that, etc. Maybe these current challenges don't line up with your personal "musical palate." Perhaps exploring uncharted creative territory worries you, or you're deep in a power chord chugga-chugga rut. Rock your boat a little. Feels good, man!
Remember, this is a 100% musical safe space fellas.

I started off OK. Then began adding stuff. Then I added more to stuff to distract and cover from that stuff. Then more. Marimba. Steel Drums. Cheesy keyboard "brass" stabs. Cuica. It's become a dank musical stew wishing it could be something else, or probably just deleted. Possibly the multiple windows blue screens were a warning from angry musical deities watching from above. "Mortal... cease and desist!" Sorry if I offended you! Thankfully when it drops, it'll be for the automatic bonus, it will not endure any vote. I have no ego, I'll take the ribbing for de tree irie points, mon.

Here's where we are for RiffMasters entries for round three final week. Not much change from last time. But my quick maths tell me
there are still a total of around 65 GUARANTEED game points, just layin' on the table waitin' to be scooped up.

Clockworkmike - slid his way onto Jack Butler's
list, hated on rap like A LOT
Mitch Pearrow SJMP -threatened to purchase a slide, cheered us all on
Ku² - delivered threat-like promises, gear boastin' and much complaining
ibmorjam - slided in for one and served up some cowbell along with that too!
TVvoodoo - Went Big Boss w/slide, fought off BSOD, making progress on reggae
C-Grin - did The Dew, a slide bit, then Got Busy w/Raga too! (DONE)
Jethro Rocker - brought Cowboy Metal, slided, now twistin' his dreads up
Sapient - 10 duel pts, spun 2 Turntables+Homegrown, Rastaxl'd too (DONE)

RiffMasters is more about generating inspiration /creativity, exploring genres & sharing the musical fun.
ROUND 3 CHALLENGES
1. A 1:00 Redneck Anthem incorporating heavy rock/country/rap themes (2/3 minimum, 3/3 for 2 bonus points)
2. Slide It In, min. :30 seconds of slide in a min. 1:00 submission for +1
3. A 2:00 Reggae tune, playalong or cover for +2, original or non-reggae tune conversion for +3 pts.
Submissions may be covers, adapted covers, originals. Audio only, or audio/video, minimum length above.
Deadline for the MAIN EVENT vote poll for the big points is 7PM CST Saturday, Mar. 2
Remember, you don't have sit there and watch from the sidelines.
ALL TTR Member RiffMasters submissions are welcome.

Thanks. Yea, unfortunately I don't have that little area of range. I think it's due to smoking a long time. Not sure it will come back so I just live with it. One of the reasons I know my singing will never be complete.
