Didn’t want that to be an 11th hour, but the week-10 days our house was a construction zone I basically couldn’t get to a guitar to play. Once I did there was the pick a song. Pick the lyrics. Practice to make it work….. at least a little bit.
 
Ok I just cracked a beer and can relax. Pretty stressful couple of hours here, and

I got to tell you my heart sank , I tried to get my sons short vocal on the track and it was 5 minutes until 5. I was so dispointed because he sounds way better.
I had the stuff I did loaded and I barely slept today. Sorry for the delay @TVvoodoo

I used up all 9 votes and wish I had more. I had 2 favorites I’d give 2 votes to because
A) I love the song
B) they did an AMAZING job.
To avoid electioneering, I won’t say who those 2 are. I don’t want to sway the vote.
I had to pull out a piece of paper and list the entries and 7 scoring categories with associated points per category. High marks went to Originality, Performance and Presentation. With Song choice being the tie breaker.
Oh yeah boys and girls, my votes went to the score card because it was that tough to choose.

everyone did an amazing job.
I loved the singer songwriter videos. I could imagine sitting around the campfire while they played. Just excellent.

The audio productions are spectacular pro level entries.

Some of the song choices I would never have imagined doing the way they were done.

Then you have the guys playing with kazoos, chimes, garden gnomes, bottles of JD and anything else they can find laying around the house.

Also, if you have the time and patience, after you vote, check out the entries that didn’t make the vote. They are crazy good.

This place is riddled with exceptionally talented members. I’m giving it my best and I know next round I need to find another gear to keep up with you guys.
