I've got that eager anticipation waiting for Amazon to bring me a new toy. I sent the first one back due to poor quality control and workmanship. The replacement was supposed to be here yesterday, then I received notice late last night that it should arrive by 1/11 or I could request a refund. Tracking shows it is in town and should be marked as out for delivery soon.

 
Only package we had in route was a wine club shipment from New York. Left NY. Landed in a Chicago UPS hub about 50 miles from us. Mysteriously left there for Minnesota before finally arriving back in Chicago land. Our two day ground delivery took a week. We survived.
 
OK the 2nd Pignose amp arrived from Amazon today. First thing I noticed the the clear shrink wrap on the box was kind of thin and loose as though not a factory shrink wrap job. Strike 1!

Through the cheesy shrink wrap even before removing it I could see where the tab to open the box was torn and dog eared. Strike 2!!

Upon removing the amp from the box I could see visible nicks in the vinyl. This was either a returned item or a floor model. Strike 3!!!

Out of curiosity I set the amp on the flat table and sure enough it wobbled on three corners just as the first one had. It has already been returned to Amazon and now I'm considering another amp choice I have a beautiful Orange Micro Terror amp and speaker cabinet that I received from @Don O a few years back, but this is packed up in storage, way back deep where I can't easily access it. With the crappy quality of the Pignose amps now made in China, I'm not sure what to do?

If it were me. I’d return the Pignose to Amazon. Get a refund. Dig the amp and cab you already have out of storage and That will take you less time to get than ordering and waiting for another disappointment. Plug in and rain down holy “Terror”. “Orange” you glad you asked!

See what I did at the end there? Some micro humor.

Well that double stinks.
 
Any small combo.You get a amp head Wavy you got to lug a speaker cabinet. Im tellin ya the new Boss Katanas are the poop.My 50 watt combo weighs 25 pounds sooooooo not sure you want that much weight.
