String Joy 30 day challenge

we are about 1/3 the way through and I have to say it’s been pretty good so far.
I’ve incorporated a new stretching technique into my every day. Learned a new vibrato technique and working on staccato playing and trying it with scales and chord shapes.
My fretting hand feels more limber. And the bending exercises are increasing the strength of all my fingers.

Have you guys seen any improvement on anything?

I find I’m doing a little more slow vibrato and slides. Played 3 hours yesterday with my practice mate and worked those into a few songs.
 
Was doing the trem picking exercises.
I never realized how tense my hand normally gets.
I feel like I’m starting over again. This will be a must add to my practice routine.

I feel I may need to break out a spreadsheet and make a practice schedule by the end of this 30 day challenge.

You might as well. I’m a spreadsheet nerd. I’m saving all the links in a spreadsheet so it’s easier to find them when I want to go back. Beats strolling thru 30 days of emails.

What I did. Very simple. Just the links and name of the lesson. Then check mark for listened to and practiced. Unfortunately. The painters got here about the same time this cranked up. Now the bedroom door where all my guitars are is plastic wrapped and taped. Can’t even get to them.
