Yes. Paypal was good. Earlier in the process when the USPS agent was speaking with me on the phone, I asked her if she could write a summary of what she was telling me that I could use in the case I had opened. It took a couple of days and some reminding because the USPS is in the middle of their most hectic season, but she was helpful and wrote something up for me.
