Nothing against Teles or Esquires, but Honestly I was eyeballing the Jubilee and AC30 behind it more lol
Original Jubilee 2554 from 1987! Very cool little amp!!Nothing against Teles or Esquires, but Honestly I was eyeballing the Jubilee and AC30 behind it more lol
Ramo loves Telecasters like I love Line 6 products![]()
My 14 year old Line 6 POD X3 Live! still works and never broke done once. Built like a brick $hithouse, really. Saved me from spending s fortune on a bunch of pedals that I may not have liked, the way I see it.
But hey " You know, they IS po' people in this world!" *Hint, hint* lmao
Precisely! Necessity is the mother of invention lolIf it works, its good.
I had this piece of junk with the floorboard gave it away picked it up at the pawn shop $400.00
the person that pawned it claimed to have paid $3400.00 new what a burn
everything sounded fake on it
Line 6 aka Yamaha has plenty of fans. Many of them are pro level. I use mine every day. It simplifies work flow. It serves the purpose. Might not be a tube amp but it is several times easier to manage noise level and handle multiple functions. You know, when i can crank a Line 6 to 120db without any bad habits or hiss, it bugs me that Marshalls are so difficult.
Ive played through many of the studios amps, some of which are incredibly expensive, and the Line 6 is quiet and well behaved, even at ear-splitting volumes on a small stage.
Irritating.
Why can't an amp costing 5 to 10 times as much, be functionally outclassed by a cheaper amp?
Even my colleague's Dumble ODS is not very quiet when driven hard amd he spent a fortune simply for the bragging rights.
The marketing is strong with these things.
Mythology.
Many have become slaves to the joy they feel bragging about how much they paid for a piece of gear...
These guys are on tour with Jon Anderson. Ritchie is a versatile musician. He played bass for BOC. He has been big on youtube for some time and has great patches for the gear. That was their top of the line flag ship amp at that time sounds like ass
