What was your First Album ....

What was the first album you owned that made you get into music. Not first song, but actual Album you possessed.
And you cant say ABBA's Waterloo, everybody has that one.

For me it was Billy Squier: Don't Say No
Queen - News of the World. I'd stare at the cover for hours.

I remember buying Air Supply - 'Lost in Love' too. That was very masculine. :celebrate2:

Sheeet dude, I like Anne Murray, Carley Simon, Celtic Frost and Mercyful Fate. My music palette is like Anthony Bordain's food palette.

I'm the old fashioned "Good song" "Bad song" only kinda guy. :yesway::dood:

To be honest I really haven't listened to music for about 20 years though. last time I had consistent music playing in my car was early 2000's. No music when I drive. Why? I'm long burnt out on it in every way possible.

I seldom listen to new music. If a song doesn't "grab" me in 10 seconds, i will NEVER listen to it in its entirety...ever. There are many "classics" that ive never listened too all the way through.

When i drive, i have a sonic time capsule going in my car.

One of my favorites is the soundtrack from Vanishing Point.

40 years of driving and still never owned a vehicle with an automatic.

My daily driver has 4.30 gears with Track-Lok and a full race tune with hand-fabricated miniature FlowMasters.

Im actually considering going back to a carbureted, point-triggered daily driver, more along the lines of what i grew up driving.
