What’s on the Grill

Tonight we had a oven-roasted spatchcocked chicken (butter and herbs inserted under the skin before roasting), with Pommes Duchesse (a fancy version of baked seasoned mashed potatoes) and pan fried "french bistro" style green beans (cooked with red wine vinegar) as seen in this video:

 
Ok MItch, I saw that SAD reaction. Another 30 minutes and it would be perfect for me. I only said 10 minutes, so no one else would think I was being too extreme so no one else could eat it.
Medium rare for me, otherwise I won’t eat it..
I have had to eat well done beef for to many years to enjoy it.. so that’s my preference my friend… lol
