I like to look at it like this:
On a "how metal are you" scale from 1-10
1 being zztop (not very metal at all) and 10 being Cannibal corpse (very f#@king metal)
People from 1 to 5 are Metallica fans, 6 to 10 are Slayer fans.
There is some crossover, but this is my generalization and I get to tell it how I want to lol.

So if you vote Hetfield... You are in the middle of the metal spectrum... OR simply a pop music kind of guy.

If you vote Hanneman then you are not pop music culture, but serious about The BroOOtz!

My humble 2 cents worth.

Believe it or not if you buy Kirkland scotch (that’s right the Costco brand)
It a handle of scotch for under $50 and when I did a blind taste test. It was difficult to tell the difference between that and JW Platinum ( at $100 a bottle) and I do mean the platinum not the new crap that replaced it.

Pretty cool! Unfortunately, i dont even know where the nearest Costco is around these parts lol but ill be on the lookout next vacation outta here
