My experience, especially with that location has not been great.
The attitude there feel like they are doing you a favor by help you. The rule I go by is this, The general attitude of the employees will tell the tale of their management.
The Paramus NJ location is different. I actually like the tech there. He is really good and the staff will actually ask if you need help. Even though I had a couple of bad experiences, last night being the worst yet, I can't slam every GC location.
Regardless, I'm not going to do business with them anymore, not just because something was shipped to them damaged or the feeling of pulling teeth when I asked for a refund, but because they just didn't care.
