Oh wow I had no idea. Here in Sweden it's the reverse, as long as it's a public space you can shoot pictures and film people. As long as it's not someone in a vulnerable state.We have a problem over here in Canada, its called the privacy act. You are not legally able to take a picture of or put somewhere in the public eye, unless you have received permission from that person. This is why guys like jethro or other photographers have problems being able to take personal shots.
