Holy moly....that thing is serious. RVA, you got that action as sweet as can be. Looks like a player for sure. Very impressive. I know where you can get a strat. Lol

VERY well done!!!
One more time with a partial quote from post #44 ...
"With enough lateral thinking and effort everything can be fixed".
Sorry to see the end of this thread, has been entertaining and motivational.

Thank you!

Sounds very very good to my ears; lovely bright tele sound without any harshness - nice pickups, nice playing and lovely job on the guitar.

Success.

Well done, RVA!

That was very much the final graduation exam, and she passed with distinction. That's a great sounding Tele, and a good looker too. Nice piece of work.

I have to admit that I've been in a guitar stagnation for a bit due to medical issues, daughter's wedding, and life. I have not made time to play guitar or do any modding. This guitar just got my gas flowing again. I'm ready to get back in the game now! Thank you Chris and Ray for reigniting the flame!!!

Glad to be of service no matter how little i contributed.

I must say I am VERY happy I didn't sell the Rosewood beauty now...and for many reasons, the first being I had no idea how bad off it was and I would have hated to saddle someone with it, but the most because it's a guitar I always wanted and Ray has now made it a reality! From the ashes...

I have been following this from post # 1. The quality of workmanship
and level of patience and perseverance you have demonstrated are truly
wonderful to me. Serious "old world craftsmanship" going on here.
