Few days ago I did a tri-tip in the smoker. Only for about an hour…. Hour and 1/2. Cooked to about 110 degrees internal. Took it off. Fired up the grill to screaming hot. Threw on some onion, asparagus and grape tomatoes in the grill wok. As the vegs were just about done….. tossed the tri-tip on the grill to sear both sides. Just a few minutes per side to bring internal to 120degrees for rare. Turned out great.What should I smoke tomorrow?
