I loved the all meat, first time ever i my grilling history I light the fire easy with just one match. Meat turned really nice... loved the lamb chops the most, my mum kept telling me to hug and kiss when she came over... I don't like kissing and hugging, she dose not like lamb so I ate the lamb and i said I can kiss you now lol my hands and mouth all greased up ahahhahahaha

I love lamb chops, I seasoned with ground cumin, lemon juice, smoked paprika and thyme.

We were going to do a get together Saturday. May 1 is my youngest’s birthday. 38 of them and counting. However. He got his 2nd shot Friday and we all thought it’d be a good idea to wait a week. We’ll also do Mother’s Day same time.

Similar. My wife got me a Sears Water Smoker probably 30 years ago. Barely used it before moving from western Illinois to NE Illinois in 2002. Already used it three times this year. Gotta be decent days though. Can’t me too chilly. It started life red and after moving here it needed a little TLC so I painted it. Being a Dale Earnhardt fan.... well. Here’s the result.
