Chuggerz club only!

That's right Mitch..
Yeah Canada produced a lot of heavier bands. Triumph like @Mitch Pearrow SJMP mentioned, also gave birth to other heavier groups like Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush, Steppenwolf, April Wine, Helix, and of course, can't not mention the legendary RUSH.

They also produced proto-Thrash/Thrash bands like Voivod, Sacrifice, Razor , Annihilator, Exciter and Anvil so @Ramo should like that tidbit lol

Lots of modern day heavy bands come from there today as well like 3 Inches of Blood, Strapping Young Lad, Terror Syndrome and the hilariously named : Skull Fist ( they all have such lovely names lol)

While I was doing a search on Zemaitis guitars I ran across this band called Band-Maid. Not what I expected to hear. Five young Japanese girls throwing down some pretty heavy stuff.

They love it so much that Paul Gilbert and Marty Friedman moved there. I think Paul came back, but Im pretty sure Marty still lives there. They are both fluent in Japanese.

Nevertheless, the Japanese diet is changing rapidly. Hamburgers and curry rice are popular with children, and in the city, ethnic restaurants serving Italian, Southeast Asian, and international cuisine. :ROFLMAO: My oldest daughter speaks and reads fluent Japanese and four other languages.
