They're directly underneath where the dr tube board is mounted...

220K between pin 4 and 5 of the output socket...
but you are reading twice that much.
No, the main pcb is as it came, aside from the Dr tube mod which affects only pin 5 of each output socket and R2 and R3..Do you have 2 wires connected to R67 and R 69?
